Black Executive Men (BEM) Capital Network is a premier networking organization dedicated to advancing careers in the private equity industry. Our Mission

Our goal is clear: to assist 1,000 Black Male General Partners (GPs) in reaching $1 billion in Assets Under Management (AUM) by 2050. We provide the knowledge, networking, and support essential to thriving in private equity and achieving this ambitious target. We understand that the road to success in private equity can be challenging, especially when facing barriers like limited access to capital and networks, which is why our mission is not only about growing wealth but also about fostering a sense of community, collaboration, and shared success.
